How much does delivery costs?

• Standard UK delivery (Royal Mail 48 - 2-4 working days) is FREE

• UK Special Next Day delivery (1 working day) starts at 8.99

• Airmail (5-10 working days*) starts at 4.99

• International Signed For delivery (5-10 working days*) starts at 8.99

*Please allow up to 30 working days for delivery outside of the UK.

Are there any UK addresses where delivery might take longer?
Deliveries to some locations (Highlands, Channel Islands i.e.) may take longer to deliver your order.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses (British Forces Postal Office) and PO Boxes?
Yes, we offer a delivery service to BFPO and PO Box addresses, by Royal Mail only.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 working hours of payment, and typically despatch Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, up to 2pm.

The estimated delivery time for Standard FREE UK delivery is 2-4 working days after your payment has been received. (Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm, excluding public holidays).

The estimated delivery time for First Class UK delivery is 1-2 working days after your payment has been received. (Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm, excluding public holidays).

The estimated delivery time for Express UK delivery is 1 working days after your payment has been received, if ordered before 1pm. (Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, excluding public holidays).

We will make every effort to ensure that orders are delivered within these time frames, however we are unable to guarantee delivery within these time periods, or accept liability for deliveries made outside of these time scales. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes, all items are sent using a Signed-For service and will require a signature upon delivery.

Can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched an email will be sent to you containing the tracking reference. By entering this reference on www.royalmail.com you can see when delivery has been attempted, and when the item has been delivered.

How are your items packed?
Parcels are plain (usually grey) mailing bags. Items are sent in their factory packaging and/or wrapped in tissue paper. All items are checked before despatch.

What happen if I am out when you deliver?
If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery, please follow the instructions on the card.

Will I be charged customs and import duties?
We are a UK based company and ship worldwide to destinations where customs charges may apply. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country; we are no liable for and cannot refund these charges. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel for both retail and wholesale orders. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by unexpected charges.

The product I ordered has arrived faulty/damaged/incorrect, what should I do?
We apologise for the inconvenience if we have delivered a faulty, damaged or incorrect item. In this instance, please contact us for assistance. 

An item is missing from my order. What should I do?
We sometimes split orders at despatch, so items may arrive separately. Please check your despatch notification emails to verify which items have been sent. If you find that an item is genuinely missing then please contact us via the contact form.

I haven't received my item. What should  I do?
Please allow 7 days for UK Mainland deliveries and 20 days for International deliveries. After this period please check at your local sorting office. If it is not at your sorting office and still not delivered after two weeks (or 30 days international) please contact us for assistance.
